Key Definitions
- Player: Any individual using the Casino’s software, games, services or promotions.
- Casino: Avantgarde Casino and all associated platforms, URLs and services.
- Credits: Account balance or gaming chips (1 Credit ≈ 1 USD/EUR/GBP/AUD or 10 ZAR).
- Real Player: A player wagering their own funds.
- Wagering Requirement (Rollover): The number of times bonus or deposit funds must be played through before withdrawal eligibility.
General Rules
- The Casino is strictly for adults. Players must be at least 25 years old (or the higher age required by local law). The Casino may request proof of age at any time.
- The Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
- All management decisions are final.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. The Casino accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your play.
- Gambling is for entertainment only. Playing with real money is entirely at your own risk.
- You are responsible for any taxes, fees or charges related to your activity.
- You agree to indemnify the Casino, its staff and affiliates against any claims, costs or liabilities arising from your use of the service.
- Only the registered account holder may use the account. Sharing or transferring accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate closure and forfeiture of funds.
- The Casino may modify or discontinue games, services or promotions at any time.
- Game results displayed by the Casino software are conclusive. Disputes are resolved using server logs.
- Complaints must be submitted in writing (with screenshots where applicable) within 5 days of the incident.
- Dormant accounts (no login or wager for 90+ days) may have balances confiscated.
Violations & Account Closure
The Casino may terminate accounts, confiscate balances and deny services for (including but not limited to):
- Multiple accounts per person, household, device or IP
- Links to fraudulent, charged-back or banned accounts on any platform
- Providing false registration information
- Playing from restricted territories
- Underage gambling
- Allowing others to use your account
- Abusive behaviour toward staff
- Chargebacks or threats of chargebacks
- Cheating, irregular betting patterns or use of automated systems
- Attempting to hack or modify the software
Promotions & Bonuses
- Bonuses are non-withdrawable and intended to extend playtime only. Bonus amounts are deducted upon cashout.
- Most bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal.
- Cashback usually has 1× wagering and strict maximum withdrawal limits (typically 2×–10× the cashback amount).
- Free bonuses/no-deposit offers have higher wagering (20×–60×) and a maximum cashout of 50 credits lifetime unless otherwise approved.
- Bonuses ≥200% or high-percentage cashback are classified as “Special Promotions” with additional restrictions.
- Players with pending withdrawals or balances >100 credits generally do not qualify for tournament prizes or additional cashback.
- If you do not wish to accept a bonus, contact support before placing any wager; once a wager is made, the bonus must be fully played through.
Withdrawals
- Deposits ≤249 credits carry a 10× maximum withdrawal rule for that session.
- Progressive jackpot wins are exempt from most withdrawal caps.
- Maximum withdrawal: 10,000 credits/month and 1,500 credits per single request.
- Minimum withdrawal: 50 credits (or currency equivalent).
- All deposits must be wagered at least 1× before withdrawal eligibility.
- Verification documents are required for withdrawals. Failure to provide them within 30 days voids the request.
- Processing takes 5–18 business days after fraud/authorisation clearance.
- Withdrawal fees (10–75 credits depending on method and location) apply.
- The Casino may refuse or reverse withdrawals if deposits are cancelled, returned or disputed.
Privacy & Intellectual Property
Your personal data is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for promotional use (e.g. announcing big wins using username/country/first name). You are responsible for keeping login details secure. All content, software and trademarks remain the exclusive property of the Casino.
Refund Policy
Refunds are possible within 24 hours of deposit if the balance remains unplayed and compliance is approved. Processing fees and method-specific conditions apply. Cryptocurrency deposits under ~25 USD are non-refundable due to network fees.
Refer-a-Friend
Both referring and referred players receive a bonus only after the new player registers, deposits a minimum of 25 credits and the referral is verified. Same-IP or existing-player referrals are ineligible.
